In order to enter this promotion, you must agree to and abide by these official rules (“Official Rules”).
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
SPONSOR: Astrolab Inc. d/b/a Tradeblock ("Sponsor"), 4811 Kilkenny Dr., Houston, TX 77048, is solely responsible for all aspects of this promotion. The Promotion is designed to advertise and promote Sponsor's business activities and is not gambling. This Promotion is not endorsed by, associated with, or sponsored by, the National Collegiate Athletic Association, its members or partners.
HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on March 1, 2024 at 8am Central Standard Time through March 31, 2024 at 11:59pm Central Standard Time, log in to your account on the Tradeblock app or Tradeblock website to view the Tradeblock March Mania promotion and follow the on-screen entry instructions. Fill in all required information. You may enter only once. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than once will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 years of age and older as of March 1st, 2024 except for employees and contractors of Astrolab Inc. d/b/a Tradeblock, and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited.
GRAND PRIZE: In order to win the grand prize of $25,000.00 USD, you have to choose a perfect bracket. Since sneakers don’t shoot 3s or play defense, Sponsor will simulate the unpredictability of an actual college basketball tournament by assembling a small selection committee that will create a confidential bracket before the promotion begins. This bracket will serve as the answer key that represents the perfect bracket. A perfect bracket is one that 100% matches the answer key. In other words, in order to have a perfect bracket, the participant(s) must correctly guess the winners of all sixty-seven (67) sneaker matchups that the Sponsor selection committee chose. In the event that multiple participants choose a perfect bracket, which results in a tie, those individuals will split the grand prize equally. If there is/are no participant(s) that choos(es) a perfect bracket, there will be no grand prize awarded, and instead, as set forth in the following section, consolation prize(s) may be awarded.
Potential grand prize winner(s) will be notified via email and must sign and return any required documents within ten (10) days of the date notice is sent or such other date set by Sponsor. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner(s). By entering this promotion, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use winner's name, likeness, and biographical information for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. All federal and state laws apply.CONSOLATION PRIZE: In the event that a perfect bracket is not chosen, then instead of a grand prize, a consolation prize of $10,000.00 USD will be given to the participant with the most correct answers in their respective bracket (for example, if a participant selected sixty-two (62) of the sixty-seven (67) total matchups correctly, which is the most out of all participants, that participant will receive the consolation prize). In the event that multiple participants have the same amount of most correct answers, which results in a tie, those participants will split the consolation prize equally. For clarity, if there is/are a grand prize winner(s), there will be no consolation prize(s) that are awarded.

Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Sponsor will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant's failure to receive prize notices due to entrant's spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this promotion; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this promotion; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the promotion, or announcement of the prize(s). If, in the Sponsor's opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the promotion, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the promotion, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel or modify this promotion in a manner deemed appropriate by the Sponsor.
SPONSOR MAKES NO WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE USE OF ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ITS QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.RELEASE AND INDEMNITY: By participating in this promotion, or receiving a prize, entrants (and in particular, winner(s)) agree to release and to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective related companies, and all of their respective officers, directors, independent contractors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") for any liability, injury, death, loss or damages to entrant or any person or entity, including without limitation damage to personal or real property, caused in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by participation in this promotion (or related activities) or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of the prize(s). By entering, entrants also authorize Sponsor and its designees to use their name, voice, likeness, photograph, prize information (if applicable), biographical data and city and state/province of residence in programming, advertising and/or promotional material or on a winners' list without compensation to the extent permitted by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, without obligation or compensation. All federal, state/provincial and local laws and regulations apply. All entries become the property of the Sponsor.
PRIZE(S): Limit one prize per family or household. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner(s). Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded.
CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this promotion and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Delaware, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this promotion and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Delaware.
