Trusted Trader Terms & Conditions

Astrolab Inc. d/b/a Tradeblock (“Tradeblock,” “we,” “our”) offers the Trusted Trader Program (the “Program” or “TT Program”) subject to the following terms & conditions (the “TT Terms”). These TT Terms incorporate by reference Tradeblock’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies, including, without limitation, the sections titled “Indemnity,” “Disclaimers; No Warranties,” “Limitation of Liability,” “Dispute Resolution and Arbitration,” and “Miscellaneous.” Capitalized terms used in these TT Terms and not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms of Service.
1. Program Overview and Eligibility
1.1. The Trusted Trader Program is designed to recognize and reward users who demonstrate consistent reliability and quality in their trades on Tradeblock. Users who earn TT status receive enhanced trading benefits, including reduced fees, expedited shipping processes, and a visible badge that indicates to other users that they are a "Trusted Trader."
1.2. Participation in the TT Program is available to individuals for their personal use only and is limited to one account per person. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, capable of entering into binding agreements, and have a valid email address to be eligible.
1.3. All applications for TT status are subject to review by Tradeblock. We reserve the right to grant, deny, revoke, or adjust TT status at our sole discretion.
1.4 By participating in the Program and becoming a Program member, you (individually and collectively, “you,” “your,” or “Member”) agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these TT Terms and by any changes or modifications we may make at any time, in our sole discretion and without prior notice to you. We encourage you to review these TT Terms and the related policies frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to the Program, as we may change, limit and/or eliminate the Program, all or any portion of these TT Terms, and/or any other policy that applies to the Program from time to time, in our sole discretion. By enrolling in and/or using the Program, you also agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service, which are wholly incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these TT Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Service, you cannot participate or use the Program. The Program is void where prohibited by law.
2. Program Participation and Earning Trusted Trader Status
2.1. In order to participate in the Program, eligible individuals have to use the Tradeblock App (the “App”) or access the Tradeblock website (the “Website”) and have a valid Tradeblock account.
2.2. When using the App and Website, you are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for updating it as required. Only one account may be associated with a single email address. In the event of a dispute over ownership of the Program membership account, the Member will be deemed to be the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of enrollment. For purposes of this Program, the “authorized account holder” is the natural person who is assigned to the submitted email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
2.3. To earn TT status, the following performance criteria factors displayed by you will be evaluated by Tradeblock:
Historical trade volume, quality control (QC) issues, authentication issues, and failure to ship instances.
3. Benefits of Trusted Trader Status
3.1. Users who earn TT status will receive the following benefits:
Reduced service fees.
Reduced shipping fees.
A TT badge visible to other users on the platform.
3.2. When a TT is involved in a trade:
The TT holds their shoes until the other party’s items pass authentication (unless the other party opts to have the TT’s items authenticated).
Once the other party’s items pass authentication, the TT receives a shipping label that sends their items directly to the other user, with Tradeblock’s authentication center listed as the return address.
3.3. Users trading with a TT may opt to:
Authenticate the TT’s items for an additional fee.
Purchase additional QC + authentication protection beyond the included default protection.

4. Loss of Trusted Trader Status
4.1. TT status may be revoked at any time for failure to maintain program standards or for other violations of Tradeblock policies.
4.2. Users may appeal the revocation of TT status by contacting Support. If approved, a probationary TT status may be granted. Users reinstated on probation must remain issue-free for 90 days to retain TT status.
4.3. Tradeblock reserves final authority to grant, revoke, or reinstate TT status to maintain the integrity of the Program.
5. Termination and Modification
5.1. The Program and its benefits are offered at our sole discretion. We may, in our sole discretion, cancel, modify, restrict or terminate these TT Terms, and/or the Program or any aspect or feature of the Program at any time without prior notice, even though such changes may affect the value of benefits already accumulated or earned and/or the ability to access such benefits.
5.2. We reserve the right to exclude you from or to discontinue your participation in the Program and to audit your Program account at any time, in our sole discretion. Any suspected abuse of the Program, failure to follow these TT Terms, illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation or other conduct inconsistent with these TT Terms and/or detrimental to us or our interests, including without limitation, any suspected illegal, fraudulent or other unauthorized use of any Program benefits, may result in the suspension or revocation of your TT status and make you ineligible for further participation in the Program. If your participation is suspended or revoked, any benefits in your account will automatically become unavailable and your access to the Program and features will automatically be suspended or terminated, as applicable. If we suspect illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation, abuse or violation of these TT Terms, we also have the right to take appropriate legal action, in our sole discretion.
5.3. If you decide you no longer want to be a part of the Program, please email us at contact@tradeblock.us.
6. Communications
6.1. We may email you regarding any matter related to the Program or send you marketing emails regarding Tradeblock offers. You may opt out of marketing email materials by simply following the unsubscribe link provided in each marketing email. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if your account remains active, you will continue to receive transactional emails and relationship/operational emails primarily related to the Program unless your account is cancelled or otherwise terminated. In addition, depending on your preferences, we may send push notifications or alerts to your mobile device. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your mobile device. Tradeblock is not responsible for technical, hardware, network connections or incomplete or delayed computer transmissions, regardless of cause.
7. Privacy
7.1. As stated previously, the Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these TT Terms. Accordingly, the personal information collected from you in connection with the Program, including but not limited to trades made in connection with your Program status, will be used and disclosed by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
