As part of our inspection process, we compare the sneaker in hand to the images and notes posted, ensuring that you get exactly what you're expecting.

If a shoe you trade for is legit but has minor quality issues like small glue stains or slight dents in a box, we will inform you in the app (along with pictures and notes) and let you decide if you want to proceed with the trade or not.
